Gift Certificates available!

Give the gift of leisure with a gift certificate to the park district.  Gift certificates are available throughout the year.  They are good towards child care services, fitness center memberships, programs and some trips.

Volunteering

The Park District welcomes volunteers.  We appreciate people with a passion for parks and recreation who are willing to lend a helping hand.  Many opportunities exist.  Call today to find out how you can help.

Dog Park

Our off-leash dog park is open year-round to the public any time that the park grounds are open.  Specific rules for usage apply to the dog park for the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of our furry friends, pet owners and the community.  Rules for usage are posted at the dog park.  Failure to comply with these rules will result in denial of usage to the Off-Leash Park Facility.

Visit the Deer Park, Miniature Sicilian Donkeys & Friends

Visitors are welcome any time the park grounds are open to view the deer exhibit and donkeys.  Please refrain from “hand feeding” processed human or animal foods to the deer, donkeys and their friends.

Recognition Opportunities

Honor relatives, friends, community members or special occasions by donating trees, benches and/or landscaping.

“Go Green” Recycling Program

The Park District accepts traditional recycling items in the recycling bin located by the Rec Hall/Water Plant.  Worn and tattered US Flags can be dropped in the flag recycle box located in the lobby of the Community Center.
