Gong Meditation
(Gong w/ guided meditation at Rec Hall)
The gong is an ancient and sacred instrument used for healing, restoration, and transformation throughout the world.  It produces a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell.

We will begin and end with a brief guided meditation in order to draw you deeper intot he experience.  Cory Flanigan will play the gong for an hour.  Wear layers of comfortable clothing that do not constrict the body, allowing for deep abdominal breathing and warmth.  Bring a mat to lie on as well as a pillow and blanket as needed.  Make sure to arrive early to settle into place.
Dates: Friday, February 24
Time: 7:00 – 8:30pm
Doors open at 6:30pm
