Energy 101
A weekly class in which we explore and practice the fundamentals of Yoga (union), Qigong (cultivation of energy), and Tantra (weave system).
Each class will incorporate Movement, Breathing, and Meditation.  All skill levels welcome.

Kickboxing/Self Defense
This class is a mixture of kickboxing and self defense techniques.  Students learn both proper technique and get a cardiovascular workout.  The self defense portion enables students to defend themselves in a variety of positions both standing and on the ground.  We welcome students of all levels over the age of 14 to try out a class and experience the benefits of this program.

Learn the basics of the traditional Japanese style of karate, known as Shorei Goju.  Students are taught flexibility exercises combined with the kicking, punching, and self-defense techniques of karate workouts.

Kali Natha Yoga
Yoga positively impacts every system of the body: immune, glandular, circulatory, digestive, reproductive, respiratory and nervous – and helps reduce the negative effects of stress.  This unique practice incorporates pranayama (breath work), mantra (sound), mudra (hand postures), asana (physical postures), and meditation into flow series to help bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance.  This yoga can be practiced by anyone, at any age and in any physical condition.  All levels welcome!

Build a Faerie Garden
Faeries are real.  They live in our gardens, unde our trees and in our imaginations.  We are looking for construction workers to build homes, gathering places, or even quiet nooks for our winged friends.
We provide the materials, and you provide the imagination.
